Definition of Normal Use for SYNCMESH Gloves

SYNCMESH gloves are engineered specifically for sim racing. To ensure durability and maintain warranty eligibility, gloves must be used in conditions that meet the following definition of normal use:

1. Intended Use Only

Gloves must be used exclusively for sim racing.

Use in real-world driving, karting, or other motorsport applications is not permitted.

2. Approved Equipment

Gloves must be used only with officially manufactured sim racing wheels designed for consumer or professional simulation use.

Use with custom-made wheels, aftermarket grip modifications, or non-standard handle materials (e.g. grip tape, sandpaper-like textures, or DIY coatings) is not considered normal use.

3. Designed Contact Areas

SYNCMESH gloves are reinforced primarily in the palm area, which is intended to handle contact with surfaces like suede, rubber, or leather.

The top side of the glove (thumb, knuckles, and back of hand) is made with breathable materials for comfort and is not designed for continuous friction or pressure.

4. No Modifications

Gloves must remain unaltered. Any cutting, patching, or re-stitching voids the warranty.

Altering the wheel setup in a way that increases friction or contact with non-palm areas (e.g., adding grip tape where knuckles contact the wheel) is not supported.

5. Proper Handling and Fit

Gloves should be worn and removed gently, without pulling on seams or cuffs.

Wearing the correct size is essential to avoid undue strain.

6. Care Between Sessions

Gloves must be air-dried fully between sessions.

Do not store gloves damp, folded, or compressed in bags or enclosed spaces.

7. Proper Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight.

Avoid trapping moisture or compressing gloves for extended periods.

8. Washing and Maintenance

Only hand wash with mild detergent.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, wring, or iron the gloves.

9. Reasonable Use Expectations

Under standard use (hours per week depending on glove type and wheelbase strength), SYNCMESH gloves are expected to maintain integrity for many months.

Gradual wear in the palm over time is considered normal. Premature damage to non-contact areas due to friction with unsupported surfaces is not.
