At Syncmesh, we strive to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
• If delays exceed 5 working days, you will be notified by email.

Shipping and Handling

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We use GLS, DPD, FedEx, UPS and DHL.

Delivery Times

• 3–5 business days within Denmark.
• 5–7 business days for other EU countries and the UK.
• Tracking information is sent after dispatch.
• Express shipping only affects transit time, not processing time.

International Shipping

• We ship within the EU and the UK.
• Customers outside the EU may be charged VAT and customs duties.

Insurance and Liability

Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery or document the damage immediately.

Returns and Customs

• Keep export paperwork for returns from outside the EU.
• Shipping charges are generally not refunded except where required under the statutory withdrawal right.
• Return shipping is always paid by the customer.
