At Syncmesh (IndiRetail ApS), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below we outline the three layers of protection available to you as a customer.
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Please contact us at support@sync-mesh.com with your Order Number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Return shipping: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment. You may use a carrier of your own choosing. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund: We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or upon receipt of proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the product from your refund.
Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Syncmesh voluntarily extends return eligibility to 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.
Conditions of return:
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return. You may use a carrier of your choosing. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
You may return your product for a refund to the original payment method, or exchange it for a different product.
Return process: Email us at support@sync-mesh.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.
Refund processing: After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), please allow up to 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
If your product develops a defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of purchase, you are covered under our Warranty Policy. This applies regardless of whether the 14-day withdrawal or 30-day return windows have passed, and regardless of whether the product has been used under normal conditions.

In addition to the above, you are entitled to a 2-year complaint right under the Danish Purchase Act (købeloven) for defects that were present at the time of delivery, or for which the cause was present at that time. This statutory right cannot be waived or shortened by agreement.

* Value deduction may apply if product has been used.
** Once proof of the defect is provided and the claim is approved, no return is required. Syncmesh reserves the right to request the item be sent back for investigation, in which case Syncmesh covers all return shipping costs.
