Payment

All amounts listed on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

IndiRetail ApS accepts online payments with [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online]. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.

The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or indicated by your order.

IndiRetail ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.

Delivery

We only deliver goods within the EU and the UK. The delivery time for your order is usually 5-7 business days. For orders placed on weekends and holidays, the item is dispatched the next business day.

In special cases where there is an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses in the EU and the UK.

All items are delivered with available carriers for each country.

Complaint Options

Complaint Rights for 2 Years by the Danish Purchase Act.

You are granted a two-year complaint right. It is impermissible under this law to agree upon a shorter duration for this right or to exclude any parts of the product from being covered by this complaint right.

Scope of the Purchase Act: The Purchase Act, a regulation under Danish law, covers all defects present at the time of delivery or for which the cause of the defect was present at that time.

Nonetheless, your entitlement to complain may end before the two years if the product is not designed to last for two years, or if it has worn out due to natural/normal wear/usage before the expiry of the period.
