The stuff racers ask most: sizing, shipping, returns, warranty.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my Syncmesh gloves?
Use the Glove Size Calculator on each glove product page. It walks you through measuring your hand and recommends a size.
Should racing gloves be tight or loose?
Snug, without restricting movement. A glove that's too loose shifts on the wheel, and one that's too tight strains the seams. The size calculator on each glove product page tells you which size fits.
Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking information. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and normally dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days within Denmark and 5–7 business days to other EU countries and the UK. If your order is delayed by more than 5 working days, we'll email you. See our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship, and which carrier do you use?
We ship to almost every country (the full list is in our Shipping Policy). Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days. In most countries you choose between Economy, a tracked PostNord parcel (4–7 business days in Europe), and UPS to a pickup point or your door (2–5 business days in Europe). In Denmark we ship with GLS, PostNord and dao (3–5 business days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €120 ship free with Economy in the EU, and free with every option in Denmark. Your cart shows whether your address qualifies. Outside the EU your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery, and checkout shows a notice when that applies. See our Shipping Policy for the details.
Returns & Warranty
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email support@sync-mesh.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched. Once it has shipped, you can still withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our Returns Policy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@sync-mesh.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If you're within 14 days of receiving your order, you can use the withdrawal form instead. For a 30-day return or exchange, the item must be new and unused with all original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you. The full terms are in our Returns Policy.
My product arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Sorry about that. Email support@sync-mesh.com or open a support ticket with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll sort it out.
If the parcel itself arrives damaged, refuse delivery or photograph the damage straight away. A defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of purchase is covered by our Warranty Policy, on top of your 2-year statutory complaint right.
What is your return policy?
There are two ways to send something back.
- 14-day withdrawal. Under EU law you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Trying the gloves on to check size and fit is fine; racing in them isn't. You get the product price back plus the standard delivery cost you paid, less any deduction for use.
- 30-day return. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or an exchange, as long as the item is new and unused with all original tags attached. You get the product price back; the original shipping isn't refunded.
Either way, you pay the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. To start, email support@sync-mesh.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form if you're within the 14 days. The full terms are in our Returns Policy.
What warranty do you offer on Syncmesh products?
Every Syncmesh product carries a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies to the original purchaser for products bought through our website or an authorized retailer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and unauthorized modifications aren't covered.
To make a claim, email support@sync-mesh.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos. If we approve it, we repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, and you don't have to send the gloves back unless we ask (if we do, we cover the shipping). The warranty comes on top of your 2-year statutory complaint right. Read the full Warranty Policy.
When can I expect my refund after returning a product?
Within 14 days. If you withdrew within the 14-day statutory period, we refund you within 14 days of receiving the item, or of receiving proof that you've sent it back, whichever comes first. For a 30-day return, allow up to 14 days after we've received and inspected the item. Refunds go to your original payment method. Details are in our Returns Policy.
Product Care
How do I care for my Syncmesh products?
Hand wash with a mild detergent and let them air dry fully, away from heat and direct sunlight. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, wring or iron them, and don't store them damp, folded or compressed. Any care instructions specific to a product are listed on its product page, and our glove care guide covers the routine in full.
Payments
What payment methods does Syncmesh accept?
Every payment method available for your order is shown at checkout. Payments go through a secure, encrypted payment server. Our Terms and Conditions cover payment in full.
General
Are gloves worth it for sim racing?
If you race regularly, yes. Gloves improve your grip, reduce hand fatigue, and protect your wheel's rim from sweat and wear.
How do I get in touch with Syncmesh's customer support?
Email support@sync-mesh.com or open a support ticket. We reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
How do I place an order on the Syncmesh website?
Pick your gloves and size, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. We email you an order confirmation once it's placed.
How does Syncmesh ensure product quality and safety?
Quality is the foundation of everything we make. Every detail, from the stitching in our gloves to the silicone grip pattern on the palm, is chosen for long sessions on the wheel. If a product does develop a defect in materials or workmanship, our 90-day warranty covers it.
How is Syncmesh different from other sim racing apparel brands?
We make gear for sim racing and nothing else. Grip, fit and breathability are designed around the wheel, not borrowed from real-world motorsport.
I'm interested in collaborating or partnering with Syncmesh. Who should I contact?
Send us a message through our contact form and mention your partnership interest. Retailers can apply on our retailer page.
What are the best gloves for sim racing?
Gloves made for sim racing: thin enough to keep your feel for the wheel, with a grippy palm and breathable fabric for long stints. That's what we make. Our glove guide helps you pick the right model.
What is Syncmesh and what products do you offer?
Syncmesh is a Danish sim racing brand. We make gloves built specifically for sim racing, plus accessories like our Pace S1 sim racing socks.
What makes Syncmesh gloves different from regular gloves?
They're made for the wheel. A silicone grip pattern on the palm keeps your hands planted, the pre-curved palm follows your grip, and breathable fabric helps regulate temperature over long sessions.
What materials are Syncmesh gloves made of?
It depends on the model. The Grip M2X, for example, is 85% polyester, 10% silicone and 5% nylon, with a silicone grip pattern on the palm. The full spec for each glove is on its product page.
Where can I learn more about Syncmesh's brand story?
Our About page tells the story behind Syncmesh. For guides and news, read our blog.
Why are there external seams on Syncmesh gloves?
Stitching on the outside keeps the inside smooth, so nothing rubs against your fingers and the fit stays snug over long sessions.
Why do sim racers wear gloves?
For grip, comfort and control. Gloves stop sweaty hands from slipping, reduce friction and fatigue over long sessions, and protect your wheel's rim from sweat and wear.
