Withdraw from purchase
Important: you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure you are within this window before you continue. After it, new and unused items with all original tags attached can still be returned within 30 days of purchase under our voluntary return policy. For more information, or read our Returns Policy.

By submitting this form, you notify us that you want to cancel your purchase and return the item.
When you withdraw from a purchase because you no longer want the item, you pay the return shipping yourself. Syncmesh does not provide a prepaid return label for normal withdrawal requests.
Trying the gloves on to check size and fit is fine. Wearing them for racing goes beyond that, and we deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
Submitting this form does not create an automatic refund. We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the item, or of receiving proof that you've sent it back, whichever comes first. Return shipping isn't refunded.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please don't use this form. instead, so we can help you with a complaint, warranty case, or incorrect delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking information. You can also log in to your account and check the order status under 'My Orders'. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, so if you haven't had a shipping email after that, open a support ticket.
Our gloves come in S, M, L and XL. Use the size calculator before you order: it takes your hand circumference and palm length and tells you which size fits. You will find it on every product page.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days within Denmark and 5–7 business days to other EU countries and the UK. You get tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, using the Withdraw from Purchase tab. On top of that, new and unused items with all original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Return shipping is always at your cost. Email support@sync-mesh.com with your order number to start a 30-day return. What gets refunded differs between the two, so check our Returns Policy.
Hand wash with a mild detergent and air dry fully, away from heat and direct sunlight. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, wring or iron them. For more detail, read our glove care guide.
Yes. Every Syncmesh product carries a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications. Open a warranty ticket with proof of purchase and photos to make a claim.
Open a support ticket with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before it's dispatched. Once it has shipped, you can still withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
We ship to almost every country; the full list is in our Shipping Policy. Choose tracked Economy by PostNord or faster UPS at checkout. Orders over €120 ship free with Economy in the EU, and free with every option in Denmark. Outside the EU your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery.
