Shipping Policy

At Syncmesh, we strive to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Order Processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the delivery option you choose.
Economy is PostNord letter post with limited tracking, delivered to your letterbox or a nearby pickup point. It is our lowest-priced option. Letters travel in bulk and are not scanned at every step, so the tracking often shows nothing between dispatch and delivery.
UPS Access Point delivers to a UPS pickup point of your choice. UPS Home Delivery delivers to your door. Both are faster than Economy and tracked at every step.
In Denmark we ship with GLS, PostNord and dao.

Orders over €120 (including VAT, after discounts) ship free with Economy in the EU, and free with every option in Denmark.
UPS Access Point and UPS Home Delivery are never free outside Denmark.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, in working days.

Denmark: 3–5 days.
EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: Economy 4–7 days (limited tracking), UPS 2–5 days.
United States: UPS 5–7 days.
Canada: Economy 5–9 days, UPS 5–7 days.
Australia: Economy 6–10 days.
Rest of the world: Economy 10–15 days.
The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout.
A tracking number is sent after dispatch, for every option. Economy tracking is limited: it may not update until your order arrives.

We ship to almost every country in the world. We cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria or Cuba.

Orders delivered inside the EU (and Monaco) have no customs charges.
For the United Kingdom and Norway, VAT is included in your total at checkout. Depending on your country's customs rules, a customs fee may still be charged on delivery.
For every other country outside the EU, including Switzerland, your country may charge import duties, taxes and customs fees on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Checkout shows a notice when this applies to your address.

Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery or document the damage immediately.

Keep export paperwork for returns from outside the EU.
Shipping charges are generally not refunded except where required under the statutory withdrawal right (see our Returns Policy).
Return shipping is always paid by the customer.
