VAT and Our Prices

One price, VAT included

The price on a product is what you pay for it, wherever you are. It already includes VAT. A Grip M2X costs €65 whether we ship it to Germany, Denmark or France.

How VAT works inside that price

Syncmesh is based in Denmark. Under the EU e-commerce VAT rules in force since 1 July 2021, a sale to a private customer in the EU carries the VAT rate of the country we deliver to, not Denmark's. We declare and pay that VAT to your country through the EU One Stop Shop (OSS).

So the VAT inside your price depends on your delivery address. Your order confirmation shows your country's rate and the VAT amount. The total stays the same.

Shipping

Shipping is priced separately at checkout. Where VAT applies, it includes your country's VAT.

Outside the EU

Checkout tells you before you pay whether VAT is included for your country, and whether your country may charge import VAT, duties or customs fees on delivery. Those charges are set by your country's customs, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient.
