Every payment method available for your order is shown at checkout. Payments go through a secure, encrypted payment server. Our Terms and Conditions cover payment in full.

We ship across the EU, the UK, the US, Canada and several other countries (the full list is in our Shipping Policy), using GLS, DPD, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days within Denmark and 5–7 business days to other EU countries and the UK.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €120 ship free to Denmark and most EU countries, and your cart shows whether your address qualifies. Customers outside the EU may be charged VAT and customs duties. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

There are two ways to send something back.

• 14-day withdrawal. Under EU law you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Trying the gloves on to check size and fit is fine; racing in them isn't. You get the product price back plus the standard delivery cost you paid, less any deduction for use.
• 30-day return. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or an exchange, as long as the item is new and unused with all original tags attached. You get the product price back; the original shipping isn't refunded.

Either way, you pay the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. To start, email support@sync-mesh.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form if you're within the 14 days. The full terms are in our Returns Policy.

Quality is the foundation of everything we make. Every detail, from the stitching in our gloves to the silicone grip pattern on the palm, is chosen for long sessions on the wheel. If a product does develop a defect in materials or workmanship, our 90-day warranty covers it.

Hand wash with a mild detergent and let them air dry fully, away from heat and direct sunlight. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, wring or iron them, and don't store them damp, folded or compressed. Any care instructions specific to a product are listed on its product page, and our glove care guide covers the routine in full.

Every Syncmesh product carries a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies to the original purchaser for products bought through our website or an authorized retailer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and unauthorized modifications aren't covered.

To make a claim, email support@sync-mesh.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos. If we approve it, we repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, and you don't have to send the gloves back unless we ask (if we do, we cover the shipping).
